I couldn't resist taking a bite out of the low hanging fruit that is the annual Glastonbury pop music festival. My favourite howler was the makeshift banner demanding open borders which hung on Glasto's new £3 Million fence to keep out any unruly plebs who could not afford the extortionate price of the ticket in.
The most socially conscious demographic in history is, strangely enough, the least self aware and if that means railing against pollution while casually filling up a scenic chunk of the English landscape then so be it.
But surely the biggest turd on the overflowing portaloo is rap star Stormzy, representing the oppressed and marginalized inner city yoof to rapturous applause by the great and the good of the nation...
